The last dropdown on the plugin tab is the “PLUGINS => PLUGIN FILE EDITOR“. This is where you can edit your plugin file code. for beginners, it is not advisable to access this section due to the fact that any wrong changes made to the code can lead to an error for your plugins.
How to Install a WordPress Plugin
A WordPress plugin may be quickly found and installed from the Plugins » Add New page in the admin sidebar. You can browse or conduct a search in the WordPress plugin repository from there to find the one you require.
Click “Install Now” when you’ve located the plugin you wish to install, then wait while it installs. After the installation is complete, you must click “Activate” before your plugin is usable.
